Why I’m torn on this

The room was bright and impeccably clean, offering a lovely balcony for quiet relaxation. The host, Cristiano, provided fantastic communication and made check-in a breeze!

It wasn't easy to navigate the crowds carrying bags to the parking area, though the parking option offered was reasonable.

the view was totally stunning, truly! but, the cleaning was just not satisfactory at all—dust and spider webs? really? on top of that, the staff completely ignored my request for a complimentary upgrade, how rude. i almost considered leaving a decent review, but honestly, i just couldn’t with these issues in mind.

the bathroom was separate from the room. but the room had an amazing terrace view of the lake. the hosts were super accommodating. location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the area.
